The 94 rolls of National Archives (NARA) Project Blue Book microfilm contain the redacted correspondence, formal reports, status reports, AFOSI investigations, and various public statements and briefing materials released to the National Archives in 1975. Before microfilming them for public release, the Air Force blacked out witness names and other personal information in accord with their policy of protecting the privacy of witnesses. The files had been previously available for copying and inspection for years without these deletions, however.
